Monday chillout

Food preps. It took almost ages to cut and sort out everything into the boxes. Healthy breakfasts for the next two weeks. I don't mind, I love smoothies!

Food preps. It took almost ages to cut and sort out everything into the boxes. Healthy breakfasts for the next two weeks. I don't mind, I love smoothies!

 
 

It doesn't happen very often that I don't have to work on Mondays. The best things to do are just taking Your time no matter what You're doing and enjoying Your free time.

 

Today's chillout has been full of:

* house cleaning (it relaxes me)

* grocery's shopping

* thinking whether to go for a networking event or not (I had to send some rsvps by noon)

* reading

* food preps

* super healthy dishes

Nie zdarza się zbyt często, że nie muszę pracować w poniedziałki. Najlepsze, co możesz zrobisz to dać sobie na wszystko czas bez względu na to, co robisz i upajanie się wolnymi chwilami.

Co dziś zrobiłam:

* posprzątałam cały dom (to mnie tak uspokaja)

* zrobiłam zakupy

* odpowiedziałam na kilka zaproszeń

* czytałam

* przygotowałam posiłki na dwa następne tygodnie

* zjadłam dużo zdrowych rzeczy
