Food haul!!! Loads of veggies and fruit to maintain the slim figure


I'm back with some food ideas to share with You. I have been busy getting care of health very seriously for quite a while, and every fitness model and athlete will tell You that clean food matters!!!

I prepared a vegetable soup with some random veggies I have found in the store. The amount I have cooked is enough for 7 - 8 servings (depends on the size of your plates)



Eight small carrots
leek (I used half)
one small onion
20 brussels sprouts
One bell pepper
Eight small potatoes
Two cloves of garlic

One tablespoon of salt, a pint of pepper, one stock cube (I used the vegetable flavoured one), 1,5 litre of water and one tablespoon of olive oil


Wash all vegetables and pour 1 litre of water into a pot and set in on the stove with high heat. Put in the pot carrots, potatoes and Brussels sprout.


Meanwhile while boiling the water, cut the bell pepper (remove all seeds otherwise your soup will be bitter), leek and onion. Add it to the mixture.

Peel two cloves of garlic and add them to the soup together with some salt, pepper the stock cube and some olive oil.

As the soups start boiling, reduce the heat to medium high (the soup should be slightly cooking; you should see single bubbles), cover it with a lid and leave it for about 40 minutes.

That is it! Add some more salt if needed and enjoy some healthy meal.
